HIPAA Compliance Statement

RevCycleGenius is committed to strict adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. Although we operate from India, our infrastructure is built to meet US security standards.

1. Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

We stand ready to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all Covered Entities prior to the commencement of any work. We understand our liability and responsibilities regarding PHI.

2. Technical Safeguards

Secure Access: We utilize secure VPNs with IP restrictions to access Client portals.
No Local Storage: Patient data is processed within the Client's cloud environment. No PHI is downloaded to local hard drives unless encrypted and specifically authorized.
Access Control: Unique user IDs are assigned to our staff; password sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Physical & Administrative Safeguards

Our operation center in Pune restricts physical access to authorized personnel only. All team members undergo mandatory HIPAA training upon hiring and annual refresher courses.
