1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time with a mandatory 30-day written notice. This notice period allows our team to complete pending claims and hand over current aging reports responsibly.

2. Refund Policy

RevCycleGenius operates on a service-retainer model. As such:

No Refunds on Retainers: Monthly retainer fees paid for the current month are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
Dispute Resolution: If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact the Lead Specialist (Pranita Choure) within 5 business days of the invoice date.
