Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Service Engagement Model

RevCycleGenius operates exclusively as an independent agency. We provide Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services on a monthly retainer basis. We do not operate on hourly wages or employee-employer relationships.

2. Operational Workflow & Surveillance

Strict Anti-Surveillance Policy: To maintain data security compliance and operational efficiency, RevCycleGenius does not consent to, nor permit, the use of screen monitoring software, keystroke loggers, time-tracking "screenshot" tools, or live webcam surveillance of our team members.

All work is performed by our internal team based in India, under the strict supervision of the Lead RCM Specialist (Pranita Choure). The Client agrees that the Lead Specialist is the sole point of contact for all communications and Quality Control (QC).

3. White-Label & Subcontracting

The Client acknowledges that RevCycleGenius is an agency. Services may be executed by vetted internal staff employed by RevCycleGenius. We guarantee that all staff are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and HIPAA training protocols before accessing any Client systems.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are generated monthly. Failure to pay within the agreed window (Net-15 or Net-30) may result in an immediate pause of services.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India (Pune, Maharashtra), while respecting relevant US Healthcare compliance standards.
